Last December, Tokyo witnessed an unforgettable match between the legends of FC Barcelona and Real Madrid. In a packed Ajinomoto Stadium, the blaugranas defeated the blancos in the last minute, but the story doesn’t end there…
Real Madrid has asked for a revenge match. And the one answering the call is Andrés Iniesta, who has made a decision: the rematch will take place in Kobe, his second home. And this won’t be just another match. It’ll be a match in futsal format (5 vs 5): faster, more intense, more emotional, more up close. Built for pure spectacle, with legends facing off in every play, non-stop action, no breaks… just pure showtime.
And it’s not just about football! The event will take place across an entire weekend (May 24th and 25th) and feature special meet & greets where you can meet the players, an amazing Teqball tournament and one special talk show with the these footbal icons that will bring fans closer than ever to El Clásico.
As if that weren’t enough, Iniesta returns to Kobe as a personal tribute to a city that marked his life. Two years after leaving Japan, the captain comes back wearing the FC Barcelona Legends shirt to play a unique match, to thank the people who made him feel at home.
And alongside him will come an unprecedented lineup that has never before visited Kobe: Romario, Saviola, Giuly, Pepe, Emerson, Coentrao, among other great stars who have made the rivalry between both clubs the greatest in world sports.
The stage will be the brand-new Glion Arena, an intimate venue that allows spectators to enjoy the action and admire the players from much closer. This FC Barcelona vs Real Madrid clash will be one of the first major sporting events held there, a celebration of its grand opening and a must-see for football fans across Kansai (Kobe, Osaka and surrounding areas).

Midfielder for Real Madrid during one season. He won 1 La Liga title with the team. Emerson’s strength, ball recovery ability, and balance in midfield made him a valuable piece in the league-winning campaign.

Left-back for Real Madrid for 7 seasons. Known for his stamina, defensive reliability, and attacking runs down the flank, Coentrão contributed to the team's success, helping them win 2 Champions League titles and multiple domestic trophies.
Real Madrid (1994-1999)
Winger for Real Madrid for 5 years, winning 5 titles including the 1998 Champions League. His speed and dribbling ability made him a key player for the team, standing out with crucial goals and assists at important moments.

A unique opportunity to see your idols from both teams in person, take a photo with them, and get their autograph. Players who have marked an era in world football… and now you can have them just one step away.
This is how the activity will work:
In the center court of GLion Arena, we will set up 5 tables, distributed as follows:
- Four tables (LEGEND TABLES) with legends from both teams, always pairing one FC Barcelona player with one Real Madrid player.
- A fifth table (STARS TABLE) with the rest of the players participating in this event.
