Yes. All tickets for pre-sale, general sale, and international sale will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes. Official merchandise will be available for purchase inside the venue on the event day.

Yes. You may bring food and beverages, including plastic bottles up to 500ml.

However, glass bottles and cans are strictly prohibited.

Please note that no cups or containers will be provided at the venue for pouring drinks.

Tickets must be managed under your own responsibility.

Reissuance due to loss or damage is not possible, and no changes or refunds can be made after purchase.

Please note that tickets with detached stubs before entry are invalid.

Yes. Preschool children may watch the match while sitting on their parent’s lap.

Admission is free for one preschool child per adult.

If a separate seat is required, please purchase a ticket for your child.

Only smartphones may be used for photos during the Meet & Greet.

Please hand your smartphone to a staff member, who will take the photo for you.

Only one photo per player is allowed.

Each guest may receive one autograph per club (maximum two items total).

Requests for additional autographs or personalized messages are not permitted.

If a guest exceeds the allowed number of autographs or photos, the organizer may terminate their session immediately.

Please follow all rules associated with your ticket type.

Tickets can be purchased on the PIA ticket sales site.

For all pre-sale, general sale and international sales, tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

On the day of the event, official merchandise will be on sale at the venue.

Food, drinks, and plastic bottles (500ml or less) can be brought in.
*Glass bottles and cans are prohibited.
*Cups for transferring drinks will not be provided at the venue.

Re-entry is not permitted.

Each parent with a ticket may accompany up to one preschool child sitting on their lap.
If the child requires a seat, a separate ticket is required.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the venue.

Please manage your tickets at your own risk. Tickets
cannot be reissued if lost or damaged.
Changes or refunds are also not possible after purchase.
*If the ticket stub is detached before entering the venue, the ticket will become invalid.

Only smartphones can be used to take photos with the players.
When taking photos, please hand your smartphone over to a staff member who will then take the photo.
*Photos are limited to one per group per table.

On Day 1 (May 24th), one adult may bring one child  free of charge.

On Day 2 (5/25), if you purchase a “Family Ticket” (applicable to all seat types), you can purchase up to one child per adult at  50% off the regular price.

On both days, we will ask you to show proof of your child’s age (such as an insurance card) upon entry, so please be sure to bring it with you.

*”Family Ticket”: On sale from 7pm on Thursday, May 16th

*If you have already purchased tickets for your child, please check the email address you entered when purchasing.

Please note that autographs are limited to one per player per person.
Please refrain from requesting multiple items or individual signatures.

If more than the permitted number of autographs or photos are requested, the organizer reserves the right to terminate the experience. Please follow the rules set forth for each ticket  type.
